Location:

HOPE Research Institute is located in the greater Phoenix area - specifically the Northeast Valley at Union Hills and 32nd Street. With easy access to the northern leg of the 101 freeway that travels from east to west as well as similar access to the 51 freeway that travels from north to south, HOPE is within easy reach from most Valley locations. HOPE's facility is easily accessed by public transportation and is only 20-30 freeway minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport.

Our Staff

HOPE boasts the talents of its experienced clinical investigators and their trained research teams. HOPE's clinical researchers are NIH certified. Many of HOPE's study coordinators are ACRP certified. HOPE is staffed with full-time trained regulatory experts, full-time recruitment specialists, as well as a comprehensive quality assurance program.

Equipment:

Research equipment includes several ECG machines, standard and automated vital signs monitoring equipment, treatment/exam tables, -20 and -70 °C freezers, refrigeration for drug and/or specimen storage, centrifuges, microscopes, secure and confidential CRF storage, a well-equipped crash cart, and more.


Laboratory:

HOPE's laboratory area is CLIA certified for PPM procedures, and is used primarily for specimen preparation, storage, and shipment to central labs. Pickups are scheduled daily with study shippers such as FedEx and DHL.


Subject accommodations:

HOPE's comfortable waiting room moves to several study subject consultation/exam rooms. HOPE's handicap-equipped facility includes wide hallways, accessible bathroom facilities, and other accommodations that meet the standards set by the American Disabilities Association guidelines.


Coordinator workspace:

Study coordinators work at efficient workstations that are segregated from patient care areas, yet within easy reach of the consultation/exam rooms.


Monitoring space:

Monitoring space is provided in a quiet workplace area, which includes access to digital and analog internet, facsimile machines, copiers, and telephones. Monitors are always welcome to join us for coffee in HOPE's cheery break room.


Training:

HOPE's large conference room is perfect for study training, study start-up planning sessions, study initiation visits, and the like.
